a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper (b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk.11000000/- (Tk. One Crore and Ten lacs Only) (c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 29000000/- (Tk. Two Crore and Ninety lacs Only) over the last 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5000000/- (Tk. Fifty lacs Only) shall be provided on appropriate CPTU format.
The Tenderer shall submit with the Tender the following additional documents:
1. Unconditional assurance of financing from the bank on appropriate CPTU format 2. Tenderer must have to submit up to date Income tax clearance certificate from the NBR/Concerned office 3. Tenderer must have to submit valid VAT registration certificate from the NBR/concerned office 4. Tenderer must have to submit up to date trade license 5. Tenderer must have to submit Approach and methodology of the work 6. If a Tender offers a price 10% below or above the official estimate, the tender shall be rejected.
