Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) A satisfactory completion of similar works (Supply, Installation and Maintenance Support Service of Dedicated Data Connectivity Band width Line full duplex) of at least Tk. Five Lac Fifty Thousand (5,50,000/-) under a single of contract(s) over a period of last three (03) years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper shall be required. b) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, is solvent, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes, must have valid ISP license. c) Tenderer must have experience in providing data connectivity service in a power generation/transmission/distribution company. d) Tenderer must have experience of nationwide Data & Internet Connectivity minimum of five (05) Years. e) Tenderers and all parties constituting the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2008. Brief Description of Works :	Procurement of 30 Mbps (20 Mbps Primary and 10 Mbps Secondary; considering redundancy through different NTTN operator) Full Duplex Dedicated Data Connectivity between Data Center, BCC to Disaster Recovery Center Corporate Office of EGCB Ltd. and 5 Mbps Full-Duplex Dedicated Internet Connection at Data Centre, BCC for 01 (One) year.
