This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Civil Tenderers as mentioned below: (A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3(three) years of general experience in building Construction.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of RCC building works of Tk. 6 lac in single tender submitted by tenderer in Bangladesh of Govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies/organization during last 5(five) years.
(C)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 8 lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh issued not earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(D) Average annual construction turn over must not be less than 10 lacs in last 3 years, The minimum Tender capacity shall be 7 lac
(E) Scanned copy of original Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, BIN Certificate, civil license. (F) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & 4) of tender documents must be fulfilled (G) The procuring Entity preserves the right to reject/retender the Tender at any time.
