Eligibility of Tenderer :	i) General experience of the Prime Contractor/Sub-Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years Under Construction Worksii)Specific experience as a Prime Contractor/ Sub-Contractor/ Management Contractor of at least 1(one) RCC Framed structured Building Construction completed within the last 5 (five)years in Government /Semi –Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh,with a value of at leastTk 8.48 (Eight Point Four Eight) Crore.a) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer b) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rankofExecutive Engineer and also verified by the concerned PWD Executive Engineer/ concerned procuring Entity iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12.11 (Twelve Point One One) crore over the last 5 (Five) years must be authenticated by the concerned DC Taxes or NBR authority or payment certificate iv) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/ Credit facilities (in form of PW3-7) in Original form) in Tk 2.10 (Two Point One Zero) crore. Credit commitment or Bank Statement must be issued within 28 days before the date of IFT v) The minimum Tender Capacity in Tk 8.48 (Eight Point Four Eight) Crore vi) The Tenderers shall submit with its Tender Up-to-date Income Tax, VAT, Trade License, ABC & Electric Supervisory license vii) JV shall meet as described in ITT section 19.1&19.2 in TDS. ix) Special Experience: Propping sequence of construction of building Parallel to Work Program. Tenderer must maintain Pro Rata Progress of works (In TDS clause 25). In case of failure of achieving Pro Rata Progress Subsequently, measures will be taken to terminate Contract of the Work as per clause 89.1(b) of GCC.
