The minimum insurance cover shall be:

PCC--F. Termination and Settlement of Disputes--

The percentage to apply to the contract value of the works not completed, representing the Procuring Entityâ??s additional cost for completing the uncompleted Works, is 20% (Twenty percent). In case of Front Loaded contract, additional performance security may also be forfeited.

The percentage to apply to the contract value of the works not completed, representing the PE’s additional cost for completing the uncompleted Works, is 10 (Ten) percent in normal case; but 20% (Twenty) Percent in case of front loading or if the tender is unbalanced for any reason.
