i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(ten) years. ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature building construction works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 790.00 Lac. iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1500.00 Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 210.00 Lacs ( Must be submitted in the Form PW3-7 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non responsive) v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 950.00 Lac vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. vii)Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents: a) Updated income tax clearance certificate. b) Valid VAT registration certificate. c) Updated Trade license. d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. viii) Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 2 (two).
