Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below : (A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works. (B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of RCC Building construction work worth not less than Tk. 1.25 (One point two five) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD. (C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 1.50 (One Point Five Zero) Crore. (D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/creditline of the tenderer shall be Tk. 0.75 (Zero point Seven Five) Crore only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. (E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory& Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB. (G) Having sufficient shuttering matarials and equipment to commence the building at a time. (H) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. (I) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and ITT clause no. 40.2, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
