Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. All e-Gp registered Tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit tenders provided that they are otherwise qualified & satisfied the qualification criteria stated in TDS. 02. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 Lakhs between 13-08-2015 to 02-09-2015. 03. Necessary document of bank statement/savings certificate/line of credit facilities showing the amount shall be submitted along with the tender by the tenderer. 04. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 10.00 Lakh under a single of contract(s) over a period of last 5(Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Tenderer must submit necessary documentary evidence like work certificate/final payment certificate with the tender. 05. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 Lakhs over the last 5(five) years. 06. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender otherwise the tender will be non-responsive. 07. If any tenderer submits rate (Grand Total) more than 10% lower of the estimated cost then he/she must submit rate analysis of all items. Otherwise his/her tender will be considered as non-responsive. Format for analysis of rates (An Excel file) is uploaded in this tender document. Tenderer must download the file, fill up rates and submit it with tender document if needed. Please note that any other format for rate analysis shall not be accepted.
