Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil construction works shall be five (05) years. 02. A satisfactory completion of same nature of works under Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous /Sector Corporation organization of at least Taka three lac fifty thousand (3,50,000/-) only under single of contract over a period of three (03) years shall be required. 03. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka fifteen lac (15,00,000/-) over the last three (03) years. 04. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka five lac (5,00,000/-) only, which shall be supported by bank statement or bank certificate. The bank statement / certificate will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit. 05. The Tenderer whose trade license valid for DPDC area, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender. 06. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. 07. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender. 08.All other Terms & Conditions are available in the Tender Document.
