1. Tendered must be registered in e-GP system through CPTU, IMED. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 25.00 lac (Taka Twenty Five lac) only in a single contract over a period of last 03 (three) years shall be required years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35.00 lac (Taka Thirty Five lac) over the period of last 03 (three) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 4. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 35.00 lac (Taka Thirty Five lac) 5. The minimum amount of liquid asset of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 lac (Taka Twenty lac) only. In case of Line of credit from the bank, (form No. PW2a-3 attached in section-7) specific package number and name of the work must be mentioned in the certificate and also have to be issued after publication of the tender. 6. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Deputy Director, Dhaka Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Dhaka will be allowed. 7. Additional conditions has been uploaded in section 7 which must fulfilled by the tenderer.
