TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--	(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) calendar years counting backward from the year of Tender Notice. (b) The minimum specific experience as manufacturer in production and supply of similar Goods of minimum 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) calendar years from the year of Tender Notice, each with a contract value of at least BDT 75 (Seventy Five) Lac along with Performance Certificate of those satisfactorily completed supply within last 10 (ten) calendar years from the year of Tender Notice from electricity utility. Tenderer participating more than 1 (One) lot, the specific experience of the Tenderer shall be aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual content i.e. quality and value as per ITT clause no. 13.3. (c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: At least 1/6th of the tendered quantity per month for each lot. Tenderer participating more than 1 (One) lot, the production capacity of the Tenderer shall be aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual content i.e. quantity as per ITT clause no. 13.3.
