Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The tenderer shall have a minimum five (05) years general experience in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor. b) The tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least one(01) contract of similar nature , complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five(05) years with a value of at least one(01) crore. c) The tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of greater than one (01) crore over the last five (05) years. d) The tenderer shall have minimum assets of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of taka seventy (70) lacs. e) The tenderer should have valid Trade License, financially solvent, income Tax payee, VAT certificate, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and shouldn’t have a conflict of interest.
Brief Description of Works :	The works consists of demolition and site cleaning/debris removing, construction of vertical extension of 3rd floor with all facilities (Sanitary, Electrical, Interior, Air conditioning etc. work) of administration building of Siddhirganj 335 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant project.
