Affidavit of legal capacity for authorized person. viii. Letter of credit Commitment from Bank mentioning this project amounting taka 24,00,000/- (Twenty Four Lac) only. ix. Certificate from bank in favor of turn over amount about Tk 1.20 Core (One Core Twenty Lac) in last 05 (five) years. x. A minimum of 05 (five) years General Experience Certificate in the supply of Goods in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous,Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Instituates/ Offices. xi. Experience Certificate in favour of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods in 2 (two) contracts of minimum Tk 24,00,000/- (Twenty Four Lac) each in the last 03 (three) years in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Instituates/ Offices xii.All Reagents and Chemicals should have long expiry date atleast one year from the date of supply to user. Xiii.Reagents should be pretested to laboratory and supplied upon user satisfaction
