Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works. (b) Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 6 (Six) storied R.C.C. building construction Including Civil, internal Sanitary & Internal Electrification works amounting to BDT 60.00 (Sixty) Crore in a single contract during last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (c) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of BDT 60.00 (Sixty) Crore. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 14.00 (Fourteen) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 65.00 (Sixty five) Crore. (f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate shall be rejected.
