Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderer must be an owner of a dockyard/shipyard or have the business status as shipbuilder. In case of shipbuilder, the Tenderer must hire the Floating Dock of BIWTA at Shympur for the docking repair of TP-83. In that case the Tenderer has to take permission from proper authority of BIWTA for hiring the dockyard before the submission of the Tender. 2. The Tenderer must have NOC from the Department of Shipping. 3. The Tenderer must have experience in the new construction / repair works of ships, pontoons, ferries, barge or any type of self propelled vessels under public sectors as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor.
