Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
Tenderer only from Bangladesh will be eligible for tender.
Tenderer has to submit documents regarding Construction Turnover, Similar Nature of work and Liquid Asset.
Payment of bill is subject to availability of fund.
Tenderer must comply the terms and clauses as qualification criteria stated in the TDS of the tender document.
Tenderer must submit Line of credit in the prescribed form PW3-7 attached in section-9 of tender document from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh. Strictly, Credit Commitment substantiated by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the prescribed format (PW3-7), without alteration, issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the original deadline of the submission of the tender will be accepted .
Work certificate only issued by the PE(Procuring Entity) will be counted for turnover calculation.
Tender evaluation will be conducted only on the basis of documents uploaded in the e-GP portal.
Similar nature of work means protective work, temporary protective work, construction of spur, groyne, closure etc.
The volume of earthwork might increase or decrease during the execution of the work.
