Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a.The tenderer (/firm) shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in building repair/construction. b. The tenderer (/firm) must have experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Building Repair Work of Same Nature & Complexity amounting of Tk. 3.00 Lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 (three) years. c. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 15.00 (fifteen) Lac over last 3 (three) years. d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 3.00 (three) Lac. e. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
