Affidavit of legal capacity for authorized person. viii. Letter of credit Commitment from Bank mentioning this project amounting taka 1,20,00,000/- (One Crore Twenty) only. ix. Original Catalogue /Sample must have submitted. x. A minimum of 03 (three) years General Experience Certificate in the supply of Goods of Govt. office. xi. Experience Certificate in favour of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Medicine) in 3 (three) contracts of minimum Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) only in the last 03 (three) years in any office of Govt. Office. xii. Warranty period 1 (one) years. xiii. Chamber of Commerce Certificate. xiv. National Id Card xv: In the case of medicine, the price of any item will not be accepted above the MRP rate.
