Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1.00 Lac (One Lac ) over the last 3 years 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 0.80 Lac (Eighty Thousand).For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section.
