Special Instructions: 3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained. 4. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than the official estimated cost will be non-responsive. 5. The tenderer shall submit liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form is provided in Section 7 (General Specifications). Otherwise Tenderer will be Non-responsive. 6.
