Only eligible tenderers with the following key qualification may participate in this tender. (a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [03(Three)] years. (b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least [01(One)] contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last [05(Five)] years, each with a value of at least Tk.27,00,000.00(Twenty Seven Lac) Only. (c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 27,00,000.00(Twenty Seven Lac) Only. over the last [05(Five)] years. (d)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk,15,00,000.00 [Fifteen Lac] Only.
