Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.General experience 5 years 2. Specific experience a single contract within the last 5 years with a value at least Tk 1.00 Lac (One Lakh) ) 3. Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1.50 Lac ( One Lakh Fifty Thousand) over the last 3 years 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.25 Lac ( One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand). For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered.
