Eligibility of Tenderer :	All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. 1. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (ten percent) less than the Engineer’s Estimate as per RHD Rate Schedule/2011 shall not be considered for Evaluation. 2. If the total quoted price is more than 5% (five percent) less than the Engineer’s Estimate as per RHD Rate Schedule/2011, the tenderer shall have to submit item wise Analysis of Rates. In case of failure the tenderer will not considered for Evaluation. 3. In case of Joint Venture Agreement, The circular for Specific experience and turn over issued by Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU), IMED Ministry of Planning vide memo no IMED/CPTU/Neetinirdharan/262/2011-1192 Date:26/07/2015 shall be considered for tender Evaluation. 4. In case of JVC Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover etc) submision, the tenderer must submit the documents (agreement etc) in favour of percent share among the all Joint Venture partners.
