Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in similar nature of works. (b) Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum Similar Nature of work amounting to BDT 7.00 (Seven) Lac in a single contract during last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (c) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of BDT 10.00 (Ten) Lac. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 8.00 (Eight) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 8.00 (Eight) Lac. (f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate shall be rejected. (g) The Tenderer must have submitted following document: i) Up to date Trade license. ii) Up to date Vat certificate. ii) Up to date TIN Certificate.
