Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. General experience: Reputed contractors/Bona fide firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general Experience. 2. Specific experience: Having experiences of successful completion of similar work(E/M) similar works to be mentioned the items like Air Conditioner, Fire Protection & Detection, CCTV, WiFi, Surge Protection Device etc amounting minimum of Taka 1200.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years. The above experiences/work certificate for successfully completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by : (a). In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (b). In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government / Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done. 3. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Taka 1000.00 Lac. 4. Updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate (Up to Date 9 Digit BIN is Preferable), Updated ABC Electric contractor license and Electric supervisory license from respective authority. 5. The Bidder must submit Manufacturer Authorization certifications for all the components Bidders are requested to go through all the qualifications, Terms & Conditions described in TDS & PCC and submit documents accordingly. All Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. TEC Holds All Authority to reject any incomplete submission.
