Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in operation and maintenance of lift with installation, Testing and Comissioning of lift at any high rise ( minimum 10- storied ) building Shall be Last 03(Three years). 2) The minimum specific or similar works experience of one contracts of operation and maintenance of heavy duty lift of high rise building ( minimum 10- storied ) at least in two Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous organization successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years. Each with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 ( Five ) Lac . 3) The Required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 4.00(Four) lac over the last 03 (Three) years. 4) The minimum amount of liquied assets i.e. working capital or credit lines (Unconditional) of the Tenderer shall be 4.50 ( Four point five) Lac. 5) Must be submitted ABC Licences 6) Other Terms and Condition are specified in TDS and PCC
