Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderer’s as mentioned below: (A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works. (B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of RCC Building construction work not less than Tk. 130.0 (One Hundreed and Thirty) Lakh under 01(one) Contract in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD. (C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years amounting of Tk. 200.0 (Two Hundreed) Lakh . (D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 60.0 (Sixty) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW3-7 (Line of Credit). (E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (F) Up-to date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB. (G) Having sufficient shuttering materials made of steel and equipment to commence all the construction works at a time. (H) Successful Tenderer must comply with Pro-rata Progress of works mentioned as per given terms and conditions. (I) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. (J) In BoQ Items with unit as 'N/A' and Quantity as 0.001 will not counted for any claim.
