| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
Bonafide Printing press (within the country) must have OMR sheet product Machine facilities, OMR scanning Machine facilities, four color web-off-set printing machine- capable of printing OMR forms with Litho code, QR code, barcode and capable of continuous computer papers printing. Litho-coding, QR coding, Bar coding, numbering, perforation, cutting must be in same line of production. The Tenderer must have an Authorized letter from any Paper Manufacturer (those have Bangladesh Paper Mills Association’s Membership) that they will supply the above papers within the mentioned period, if work order is issued by the Board.
The Tenderer must have sufficient well accommodated secured space, well secured sufficient storage space, automatic double demy Printing machine, sufficient sewing machine, sufficient skill manpower for printing & binding works.
The Tenderer must have 5 years of overall experience in business and minimum 03 (three) years of specific experience (minimum value of work not less than Tk. 7.00 (seven) Core in a single work order within last 3 years in supplying of similar goods and related services).
In respect of all these, the firm must have up-date valid Trade License, Income-Tax Certificate, Vat Registration number, Bank solvency Certificate that clearly mentions latest balance (not less then Tk. 3.00 Core) which meets PE’s requirements described in the TDS and minimum Tk, 3.00 Core credit facilities been approved against that particular company in this financial year and present status on that which has to comply with PE’s requirements. Other papers will be submit as specified in Tender data sheet (TDS)
