Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license . e. General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having minimum general experience in construction works for 05 (Five) year's. f. Specific Experience: Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of Building construction works during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK. 300.00 (Three Hundred sixty) Lacs, in a single contract . g. The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK400.00 (Four hundred ) Lacs during last 05 (Five) years. h. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 200.00(Two hundred ) Lacs, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in the prescribed form for this purpose. i. Other terms and conditions as per TDS. j. Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed. k. Joint Venture (JV) not allowed as per requirements of Bangladesh police.
