1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime contractor shall be 03(Three years)(years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction work under the public sector of at least 01(one) contract of similar nature,Complexity and methods / Construction technology successfully completed with in the last 10(ten) years, each with a value at least TK. 8,65,00000.00(Eight Crore Sixty Five lac only)(70% completed work shall be evaluated)(years counting backward from the date of publications of IFT in e-GP web portal).
3.The required average annual Construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 11,55,00000.00(Eleven Crore Fifty Five Lac Only) Over the last 05(five) years(years counting backward from the date of publication of IFTin the e-GP web portal.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2,90,00000.00 (Two Crore Ninety Lac)only .(Bank statement/credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than 28(Twenty Eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of tenders for the contract) (Credit line(s) issued by any schedule bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified form which is attached in particular specification without any alteration,credit facilities should be substantiated by credit sanction letter and bank statement)
