Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Minimum 05(five) years general experience in construction works. b) The Minimum specific experience in Construction Works of At least 01 no. contract of constraction of Steel Jetty & Installation of Steel Spud including other allied works Successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, which completion certificate shall be minimum Tk. 90.00 Lakh. c) Minimum construction turnover in the last 05(five) years is not less than Tk. 575.00 Lakh. (Note: Bidders are requested to prepare and submit year wise summery in connection with the turnover) d) Minimum liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 45.00 Lakh. e) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate, the tender shall be rejected. f) Tender shell be evaluated as per PPR-2008 amendment act, 10 June 2018.
