1. Any  person or firm having enlistment in the e-GP system of CPTU and complying the requirement of TDS are eligibile to participate in the tender.

2. Having Average Annual construction Turn Over of minimum value of Tk. 10.00 lac within the last 5 years. Years counting from the date of publication of tender.

3. Having similar nature work experience of successfully completing minimum value of Tk. 8.00 lac in a single tender within the last 5 years. Years counting from the date of publication of tender.

4. Having minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer of Tk. 10.00 lac within the period from the date of publication of tender to the last date of submission of the tender.
