1.All individuals/ firms of Bangladesh who fulfil the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) . Special Instruction: 1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work. 2. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works. 3. Detail Breakdown of the Unit Rates or Prices quoted by the tenderer should be submitted with the tender in BWDB Template according to ITT Clause 25.1 4. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents (including detail breakdown of the unit rates of the BOQ items) mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected. 5. BWDB Template has been attached in section 7 (General Specification). 6. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format attached in section 7 (General Specification). 7. Payment may not be made during this financial year(2015-16)
