Eligibility of Tenderer :	As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS) N:B: The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender. 1.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. Certificate other than the specified format must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.). A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation. 2.The tenderer should not submit any certificate multiple time. Submitting certificates multiple time to manipulate AACT calculation will be treated as fraudulent activity and will be treated non responsive during the evaluation process 3.The tenderer must provide the summary of all the certificates as per the format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification section for the calculation of AACT . For JV agreement ,all the partners must seperately provide the summary of all the certificates. 4. The data/information submitted by the tenderer in proof of Tender Capacity must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section 5.In the case of liquid asset, certificate and statement from bank should be submitted, issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. 6.If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid asset.
