Tenderer must submit scanned copy of the following documents with its e-Tender: 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least ONE contract of similar nature of building work with precast pile foundation in/c sanitary, water supply & electrification works; complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within last FIVE years in a govt., semi-govt. or autonomous institutions, each with a value of at least Tk.450.00 LAC. The work completion certificate for successful work shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (Work order & work completion certificate must be enclosed). 3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 150.00 Lac. 4. Minimum average annual construction turn over under any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization in the last five financial years (2013-14 to 2017-18) is 600.00 Lac/year 5. Upto date income tax clearance certificate 6. Upto date trade license 7. National ID card 8. Vat registration certificate 9. The contractors who have not started or completed their work/works within scheduled stipulated time without any acceptable reasons, their tender will not to be considered for evaluation. In case of reasonable causes, contractor must describe in details on his letterhead pad & include all supporting papers which must be uploaded with his tender documents. 10. Satisfying other criteria stated in the tender documents.
