Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.A) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. (B) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [42.00]Lakh under [1 number] of contract(s) over a period of [5] years shall be required. 2. In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. 3. The Tenderer are required to submit minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover BDT 300.00 Lakh only in last 5 years from the date of IFT. Only payment certificate will be considered for the calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover. 4. The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount shall be BDT 58.00 Lakh only as mentioned in the eTD. 5. Tenderer must has valid ABC Contractors License and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of GoB. 6.Tenderer must have up-to-date TIN Certificate. 7. Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License. 8. Tenderer must have valid up-to-date VAT Registration Certificate. 9.The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 52.00 Lakh.
