Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 5[five] years. A satisfactory completion of similar works (painting,plastering ,sdb board and installation of air conditioner) of at least Tk 5.5 [five point five] lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 5[five] years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate from Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organizations. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.5 [four point five] lac over the last 5 [five] years.Submitted [4.5 lac*5=22.5lac]. Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement/work completion certificate/Audit reports. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities(Unconditional)of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.5 [four point five] lac . Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance/Unconditional credit facilities. N.B: Others terms & conditions specified in TDS and PCC.
