Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as contractor shall be 05 years. b) The minimum specific experience as similar works of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk 3.00 lac under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. c) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (9 digit VAT) (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board d) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitents, is Tk 3.00 lac e) Average Annual Construction Turnover has to be Tk Tk 3.00 lacduring last 5 Years. (NBR Certificate preferable) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents. TEC hold the right to Non Responsive any aspirant bidder for incomplete submission of any form relevent to product specification or tenderer information etc.
