Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility: 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) years. 2. A satisfactory completion of the minimum specific experience as a Contractor is at least 1(One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least 80.0 lac. (Similar work must be “Construction of any building structure having WASH facilities as well as installation of Tube-well with submersible pump & water supply system). 3. The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) is Tk. 150.00 lac during last five years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.40.0 lac. ( Not Before then 05-05-2019). 5. The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 110.0 lac. ( for this purpose “Work in hand” certificates must be submitted from various Procuring Entities). 6. Other terms & conditions as per TDS.
