There is no need to supply the uPVC sample for technical evaluation purposes before the Opening.
The bidder shall submit a copy of original catalogue which play a vital role to select the qualifying bidder for technical evaluation purposes.
Satisfactory factory inspection for product conformity and production ability will be mandatory qualification for the winning bidder. Laboratory test report of the product in own factory must be submit. The supplier against whom work order will be issued for supply of uPVC pipe and Fittings shall produce the whole materials to the inspection team constituted by the Project Component Director (SACP), BADC Part, Dhaka. Inspection will perform at factory-yard. During inspection sample will be selected randomly by the inspection team of BADC for BUET/RUET test as per offered specification and terms and condition of tender.
