1)any Tenderer who fulfill all the requirments as stated in the tender Document. .2) A satisfactory completion of similar types of works at least Tk 20.00Lakh Lac under a single of contract(s) over a period of 05(Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.00 Lac over the last 05(Five) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal.In calculating the annual construction turnover the payment certificate of construction work shall be considered. Necessary Payment certificates along with a seperate sheet showing calculation of average annual construction turnover shall be submitted with the tender.. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities(without any condition) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.00Lakh Lac between which should be supported by necessary certificate issued between 07-05-19 to 21-05-19. Necessary document of bank statement/ savings certificate/ line of credit facilities (without any condition) showing the amount shall be submitted along with the tender by the tenderer.Line of credit should not be considered if the Bank imposes any condition like we shall provide credit if work is awarded or fulfiling our terms and conditions or subject to approval of Head office. 5)If any tenderer submit rate which is 10(Ten) percent lower or higher than the estimated cost his/her tender will be considered as non-responsive. 6.NOA will be issued subjected to availability of fund.
