Eligibility of Tenderer :	General Experience: Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of furniture and related services. For more detail please see TDS & PCC Specific Experience: Tenderer shall have specific experience in the supply of office furniture. As a proof of specific experience tenderer must submit the satisfactory completion certificate of supply of office furniture of minimum value BDT 10 lac (Taka ten lac only) under one contract in the last 3 (three) of years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Legal Trade Documents: Tenderer must submit up to date Tax clearance certificate, up to date Trade license, VAT certificate, National ID (with clear photo and clean text), Authorization letter, etc. Financial Capacity: The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit commitment from bank or annual business transaction, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 10 lac (Taka ten lac). Special Instruction: Cost for Related Services such as transportation, installation and service during warranty period (or as mentioned in e-PG3-3B), etc. are to be inclusive with the quoted rate mentioned in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG3-3A). Hence, quotation for related services must not be required separately. However, only for system requirement, you are requested to quote in Form e-PG3-3B unit price, for example 0.001. Once it is quoted, which will not be considered in total quoted amount. N.B.: If any tenderer fail to comply with the technical parameters of the furniture and to upload any required document as has been asked in the tender notice, TDS & PCC will not be accepted for evaluation.

Revised Technical Specification for ITEM-2 (Officer’s Table)
Executive Table with Fixed Drawer Unit made of imported best quality scratch proof and termite proof melamine faced chip board with PVC stopper & edging by automatic edge bending machine. Board Thickness: Top 25mm and other panels are 16/18 mm. Board density is of 650-700 kg/m3. One Drawer unit consist of 3 drawer with high quality imported central lock and round shaped PVC handle to be fix with Table top and side panel in right side. Table top to be fixe in between the side panels and one horizontal front panel fixed in between the side panels. Fully knock down system by using Housing, Dowel, T-nut, JRN nut, Wood Pin etc. ,Size: L1200 x W700 x H750mm,Standard: ISO 9001:2015, Packing : Cartoon Pack, Identification Mark: Hologram sticker and Monogram Sticker, Warranty: One year.
