Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. All e-Gp registered Tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit tenders provided that they are otherwise qualified & satisfied the qualification criteria stated in TDS. 02. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 19.00 Lakh under a single of contract(s) over a period of last 5(Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Tenderer must submit necessary documentary evidence like work certificate/final payment certificate with the tender. 03. In addition to ITT Clause no. 17, if any tenderer submits rate (Grand Total) more than 10% lower of the estimated cost then he/she must submit rate analysis of all items. Otherwise his/her tender will be considered as non-responsive. 04. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk: 29.50 Lakh over the last 5(Five) years. 05. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender otherwise the tender will be non-responsive. 06. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 Lakh between the Dt: 05-10-2015 to 25-10-2015. 07. Necessary document of bank statement/savings certificate/line of credit facilities showing the amount shall be submitted along with the tender by the tenderer. Ã?Â
