1. All registered tenderer in E-GP system. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 35.00 lakh under 04 (four) of contract(s) over a period of last ten years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be geater than Tk 25.00 lakh best five years over lastTen years ( Submitted only five years). 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 18.00 lakh only. 5. Incase of above and unbalanced less quoted rate for all item or any specific item, rate analysis should be submitted. Otherwise tender may be reject. 6. If any tenderer qualify more than one contract, cumulative experience criteria and financial criteria will be apply to select lowest tenderer. 7. In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments. 8. LS item of BOQ will be fixed, amount of LS item will be mention at the item specification.
9. Experience as a subcontractor will be taken incase of not availavle of experienced as a main contractor.
