This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: a) The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date ABC Electric & Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. b) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works. c) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC building construction including civil, sanitary works with a value of at least Tk.98.00 (Ninghty Eight) Lac. in a single contract in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 5 (Five) years. d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/ Credit facilities (Must be unconditional and provided in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PW2a-3) in Original form) of Tk. 50.00(Fifty) Lac or Account Balance (stated in Bank statement for liquid asset). Bank statement must issue within 28 days before the date of publication of tender; otherwise it will not be acceptable. e) Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be Tk.98.00 (Ninghty Eight) Lac (Average of last 5 (five) years) must be authenticated by the concerned D.C Taxes/ NBR authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity. Other formats are not acceptable.
Propping sequence of construction of building Parallel to Work Program. Tenderer must maintain Pro Rata Progress of works, mantioned in GCC clause 28. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
