Any individual (s) or firm must have a registration in e-GP Portal and fulfilling the following major qualification criteria: (a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 674.00 lakh in 1 (One) contract over a period of last 10 (Ten) years. (b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1347.00 lakh over the best 05 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) years. (c) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie. working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 337.00 lakh. Special Instruction: 1. Detailed Breakdown of the unit rates or prices quoted by the tenderer shall be submitted with the tender in BWDB Template according to ITT Clause 25.1. Any change in rates/prices or quantity/weightage from uploaded format will not be considered. BWDB Analysis Templates are attached in Section-8 (Particular Specifications). 2. In case of line of credit: Tenderer must submit the Letter of Commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7) from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh. Any change in the uploaded Form PW3-7 will not be considered. Form PW3-7 has been attached in Section-8 (Particular Specifications). 3. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. 4. The work order will be issued after approval from Competent Authority. 5. Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund. But the work must be continued and completed within schedule time and proportionate Progress must be achieved. 6. The tenderer/contractor has to arrange the land for execution of works by his/ her own initiative. 7. If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action
