Any individual (s) or firm must have a registration in e-GP Portal and fulfilling the following major qualification criteria: (a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 686.00 lakh in 1 (One) contract over a period of last 10 (Ten) years. (b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1372.00 lakh over the best 05 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) years. (c) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie. working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 343.00 lakh. Special Instruction: 1. Detailed Breakdown of the unit rates or prices quoted by the tenderer shall be submitted with the tender in BWDB Template according to ITT Clause 25.1. Any change in rates/prices or quantity/weightage from uploaded format will not be considered. BWDB Analysis Templates are attached in Section-8 (Particular Specifications). 2. In case of line of credit: Tenderer must submit the Letter of Commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7) from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh. The work order will be issued after approval from Competent Authority. 5. Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund.
