1.As described in Tender Document.
2.The minimun number of years of general exprience of the tender in the construction work as prime contractor os subcontractor or management contractor shall be five (05) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
3. The minimun number of years of general exprience of the tender in the construction work as prime contractor os subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction tecnology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of least BDT-70.00 lac
4. The required average annual construction trunover shall be greater than BDT- 125.00 lac over the last 05 (Five) years.
(2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18 & 2018-19)
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT- 36.00 lac. In case of liquied assets, statement (Print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 01 month before bid submission deadline, in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder, in case of credit facilities, the certicate issued by the bank referencing to this package number should be considered for evaluation.
