i) The contractors/tenderers must have up to date Trade License. ii) The contractors/tenderers must have valid VAT Registration certificate. iii) The contractors/tenderers must have up to date Tax Clearance certificate
iv) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 5 lac under one of contract over a period of 5 years shall be required. v) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5.0 (five) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section of standard documents (PW2a) must be submitted for this purpose. vi) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.00 (five) lac over the last 05 (five) years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
