1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work as Prime Contractor shall be 03(Three) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of atleast 1(one) contract RCC works successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(five) years, with a value of atleast Tk 7.0 (Seven point zero) lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.0 (Fifteen point zero) Lakh in the last 3 (Three) calendar years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10.0(Ten ) Lakh.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 8.0 (Eight point zero) Lakh.
6. Updated income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Updated trade license. (Attested)
7. Only payment certificates will be considered for calculating average annual construction turnover.
